1、 Overview
Ultraviolet radiation can kill harmful pathogenic bacteria, viruses, molds, algae, and other microorganisms. Mainly utilizing wavelength 2537A. Ultraviolet irradiation, which inactivates the genetic material of fungi, is still a unique sterilization method.
When a sufficient dose of strong ultraviolet radiation is generated by ultraviolet equipment and irradiated onto water, liquid, or air, various bacteria, viruses, microorganisms, parasites, or other pathogens in the water, liquid, or air are destroyed by the ultraviolet radiation, causing damage to the DNA and RAN in the cell tissue, thereby preventing cell regeneration. Ultraviolet radiation kills more than 99.9% of bacteria and viruses in water, liquid, or air in a short period of time (0.2-5 seconds) without using any chemical agents. Scientific experiments have shown that ultraviolet radiation with wavelengths between 240-280nm has efficient bactericidal properties.
The SJZ type ultraviolet sterilizer is a product designed by our factory as a matching water purifier, and can also be used separately for water purification and disinfection. The effluent quality meets national standards.

2、 Usage:
1. When using this device, it should be placed vertically or horizontally or on a twisted bracket, and the water pipe should be low in and high out;
2. After connecting the power supply, wait for one or two minutes, then press the contact switch and observe whether the ultraviolet lamp is lit through the sight glass. After all the lamps are lit up, wait for five minutes before opening the inlet valve to start working;
3. When using this device, it is necessary to regularly observe whether the color of the ultraviolet lamp tube has weakened, discolored, or extinguished. If any of the above situations occur, a new lamp tube must be replaced; Under normal use, the lifespan of the lamp tube is about 1000 hours, and a new lamp tube should be replaced to ensure sterilization effectiveness. There must be a dedicated person to manage it.
3、 Installation method of ultraviolet sterilizer:
1. If the ultraviolet lamp tube is damaged, simply loosen and remove the wiring screws at both ends, and loosen the fixing clamp to remove the lamp tube.
2. Before installing the new tube, do not directly touch the surface of the glass tube with your hands. You can first wipe the surface with anhydrous alcohol and a cotton ball before installing it. Just fix the lamp clamp and the terminal posts at both ends.
3. If the quartz glass tube outside the lamp tube is damaged, first loosen the two end packing cover and remove the packing to take out the quartz tube.
4. Before adjusting the quartz tube, it can also be wiped clean with anhydrous alcohol and then filled with fillers at both ends. Press on the packing cover. (Note that the pressure cap should be concentric and not in contact with the quartz tube to avoid breakage)
5. After installation, conduct a water pressure test on the jacket at a rate of 3kg/cm2 to ensure no leakage.
